Pool Paving Perth

Where we lay paving across Perth

We lay paving across the Perth coastal corridor, from Two Rocks in the north to Mandurah in the south, and inland across the metro. It is one corridor and it is not one ground condition, which is worth knowing before anybody quotes you.

The same paving, three different problems

What sits under a Perth backyard changes as you move along the coast, and it changes what a base has to do. This is the difference between a quote given over the phone and a quote given standing on the job.

The northern corridor

Deep coastal sand, and a lot of newer estates where the block was filled and levelled not long ago. Fill that was never properly consolidated is the thing to find before laying on top of it, not after.

The central suburbs

Older homes, established trees and limestone closer to the surface. Roots under an existing surface and tight access down the side of a house are the two things that change the day here.

The south

More clay through the mix as you move inland and south, which holds water rather than shedding it. Falls and where the water actually goes matter more here than anywhere else on the list.

Not a complete list, and not a limit. If your suburb is not on it and the job is worth the travel, ask anyway.

Tell us the suburb and send the photo

The suburb tells us the ground and the access. The photo tells us the job. Together they are usually enough to talk about a real number.
